Digital Mixing Myths
I dont use analog gear during mixing, very often. I mostly use plugins inside my DAW. There are people that claim this is bad practice, and it won't produce very good results. This is of course total nonsense, and countless hit records continue to be mixing "In The Box". The following PDF is available for download, and it talks about digital mixing, the myths, the facts, and lots of techincal data to support it all. Feel free to give it a read, but you can take my word on this one. Many thanks to Digidesign/Avid for putting this document out.
